Veterans Now Able to Hire Counsel for Disability

Veterans, you may now hire an attorney to help you with your claims against the VA. Public Law 109- 461, The Veterans Benefits and Health Care and Information Technology Act of 2006, now allows you to hire an attorney after you receive a notice of disagreement with your respective case from the VA.
